Terms of use

Who we are

Binventor is made by Thoai Ngo in Da Nang, Vietnam.

Using this site

You may read this site, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not copy the design, the logo or the text wholesale, scrape the site at a volume that disturbs it, or use it to distribute malware or spam.

What is ours

The Binventor name, the logo, the page designs and the text are ours. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

Our apps

An app you download from the App Store is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless the app states its own agreement instead. An app you download from Google Play is licensed to you under the Google Play Terms of Service together with any terms the app states.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You cancel in the App Store or in Google Play, not with us — we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or the next period is charged.

Each app's page in the store lists its price, its billing period and what the subscription includes, before you pay.

No promises we cannot keep

We build carefully, but this site and our apps are provided as they are. We do not promise that they will be free of faults, available without interruption, or fit for a particular purpose of yours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here takes away consumer rights your own country gives you.

Links out

Where we link to somebody else's site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for what is on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page tells you when we last did.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
